Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. territories or international addresses.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Optional Insured Shipping is $5.90 per order and covers loss, transit damage and theft after a delivery scan.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then take 7–12 business days in transit: about 8–14 business days in total. Large items may arrive in several parcels.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. All orders ship Delivered Duty Paid: we cover U.S. import duties and customs fees. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also follow it on our Track your order page.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Email us to receive a Return Authorization number. Items must be unused, uninstalled and complete. See our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Products & setup
Is the TV included with a console or stand?
No. TVs, media devices and room decor shown in styling images are not included unless they are explicitly listed in the selected product offer.
Does screen size tell me whether a mount fits?
No. Check the exact VESA pattern and the TV weight as well as the stated screen size range. The wall structure and fixings must also be suitable.
Can I mount a TV directly to decorative wall panels?
The mount needs suitable structural support. Follow the instructions for the mount and wall construction rather than relying on the decorative panel alone.
How do I choose a projection screen size?
Measure the available wall width, seating layout and projector placement. Check the projector’s documented requirements before choosing the screen. Our screen size guide can help.
Are panel lights included with wall panels?
No, unless the selected offer explicitly includes them. Review the package contents for the exact product.
